Black Friday – It’s Time To Get Excited About Savings!

When the Wee Baby T was born we signed up for Amazon Prime. Living downtown we didn’t have a car so groceries were enough of a challenge before we needed to haul diapers and formula home every other week. When Prime Day rolled around I became obsessed, I was glued to my phone, scrolling through page after page of sales. It was overwhelming.

Black Friday is just around the corner now, and I don’t want to spend all my time searching through backup batteries and B-movie DVDs. Instead I have compiled a list of companies which I am excited about who are planning Black Friday sales. I’ve included all the details I can below, so be sure to check them out and prepare your shopping list before the 24th to streamline your Black Friday, Small Business Sunday, and Cyber Monday shopping!

And so, without further ado and in no particular order, These are some of the deals I’m looking forward to:

Quick Zip:

No more fussing with fitted sheets, no more embarrassingly cluttered linen closet. With Quick Zip clean sheet day is a snap (well, zip). With sheet sizes from crib to California King, Quick Zip has every bed in your home covered! Worth every penny, but they’re going on sale for the Black Friday weekend!  On November 24th visit the Quickzip website and use promo code SAVE20 to save $20 on orders of $100 or more, or promo code SAVE50 on orders of $200 or more.

If you miss Black Friday, don’t panic, they are also having a Cyber Monday & Tuesday sale as well.  Check out their Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram pages for more details!

Indigo/Chapters:

I’ve always got a book on the go, and Black Friday at Chapters is a great place to stock up for the year.  While they haven’t announced their Black Friday sales YET, they are offering some teasers leading up to the main event.  Check out their pre-Black Friday sales HERE!

Magnetic Me:

It’s 2 AM. Baby is crying, but you don’t want to turn the lights on or this diaper change will end up being an invitation to play-time and you won’t see your pillow until you are going back to turn your alarm off. Everything goes well until you start re-dressing your little one. Those damn snaps! It seems no matter where you start they just NEVER line up.

Enter Magnetic Me onesies. Just line the top up and give it a quick tug and the magnets align. Your baby practically dresses themselves! There is a great selection of colours and styles. You owe it to yourself, make that final step of diaper changes a little easier.  You owe it to your wallet, enjoy 20% off the entire site on Black Friday!

Fun.Com:

Looking for the perfect ‘ugly Christmas Sweater’ or some clever gifts?  Fun.com has you covered!  With themes covering all sorts of fandoms, if you like it, they’ve got it!  DC or Marvel? Star Trek or Star Wars?  Pick your side and make your statement.  Starting on Thursday, November 23rd, Fun.com has a different themed sale every day!  Click here to see the offers.

Momzelle:

With our second little one on the way, K is back to her box of maternity clothes.  Unfortunately T was born in the summer and #2 is due in February, so the seasons just aren’t lining up.  Aside from the fashion faux-pas, wearing a light summer dress in the middle of winter just isn’t practical, regardless of how great she looks.  Fortunately, Momzelle is offering 25% off everything on their website from Black Friday right through Cyber Monday!

Home Depot:

I’ve just started moving some things into our new home, and there is some work to do!  Fortunately the Home Depot has started their Black Friday sales early!  From decorations to power tools, they’ve got you covered, and with more to come it’s worth checking in each day!

And of course, there’s…

Best Buy:

A staple for Black Friday, they will inevitably offer savings all weekend.  Check out their teaser flyer online here.  With great deals on household gadgets, technology, and furniture you can be sure to find something on your list!  We found the double stroller we have been looking for at a great price until November 30th!

To everyone in the US I wish you a very happy Thanksgiving.  For everyone else, there’s no time like the present to get started on that list, and then start crossing things off!

Good luck out there.
